What should I do if P31i/R60i NC disconnects or the sound is choppy?

This may have something to do with the connected device and your environment. Bluetooth signal strength may be affected by walls, pillars, home appliances, Wi-Fi, and more. Avoid these to ensure a stable connection.

 

To fix this issue, do the following:

 

1. Ensure that the protective film covering the connectors on the earbuds has been removed.

2. Fully charge your earbuds and reset them as follows:

- Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open.

- After putting on the earbuds, simultaneously press and hold the touch area on both earbuds for 10 seconds. Hearing a prompt tone confirms a successful reset.

3. Turn off Dual Connections in the soundcore app.

4. Test the earbuds by playing downloaded music/videos.

5. Test your earbuds with a different Bluetooth device in a different environment to see if the issue persists.
