You can adjust the noise cancellation level through the soundcore app to improve comfort. There are 5 levels, ranging from 1 (minimum) to 5 (maximum). Lowering the level to 1-3 may help reduce discomfort.

Follow these steps to adjust:

1. Open the soundcore app.

2. Go to Noise Cancellation > Mode and select Manual Mode.

3. Drag the slider to set your preferred noise cancellation level.
