What if one side of Liberty Air 2 discharges more quickly?
Note: The right Soundcore earbud is the master (primary) earbud. It connects to your audio device and the left earbud, so it requires more power. Normally, there will be a difference of 1.5 to 2 hours between the left and the right side.
Regarding the problems you are facing, please let us know:
- Do you often use earbuds for music or calls? - Fully charge the earbuds and taste how long both earbuds can last with a 50% volume for music from a battery level of 100% to 0%. - Do you sometimes use the other side as the master earbud to balance the battery?
If you wish to use your left earbud as your main one, here’s how you can do so:
1. Pair both earbuds with your device successfully. 2. Put the right earbud back into the case and close the lid. The left earbud will automatically become the master earbud. 3. Then you take the right earbud from the case, and it will reconnect to the left earbud and the device.
