What if Liberty Air 2 Pro disconnects during audio playing?

Some environments (such as airports, offices, crowded public spaces, etc.) can interfere with your Bluetooth connection. To optimize your Bluetooth connection:

1) Ensure your phone is on the right hand side of your body. Try reducing the distance between your right earbud and your audio device, like having your audio device in your right pocket or right side. This is because the right Soundcore earbud is the master (primary) earbud. It connects to your audio device and left earbud.

2) Download videos and songs instead of streaming.

3) If you have an Android phone, temporarily disable unnecessary app traffic settings on your phone.

Or you can try: 

- Forget the pairing record on your device and reset the earbuds via these steps: 

① Delete the pairing record on your device (forget / ignore / delete device).

② Put both earbuds back into the charging case. Ensure both earbuds are charging (LEDs on the earbuds are blinking). Make sure you leave the charging case open.

③ Press the button on the back of the charging case for 10 seconds until you see a red light flash 3 times on both earbuds. Then release the button.

④ Leave the case open. Wait until you see one light flash fast and the other flash slowly.

- Turn on the Bluetooth on your device and pair them again.

- Try a different device if possible.
