What if Liberty 3 Pro can't disconnect to my device in the charging case?
- Confirm the charging case has power left (press the button on the case and see if a LED is illuminated). - Clean the charging pins with a dry cloth and an alcohol-based disinfectant to ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. Then put the earbuds into the case correctly. When you put the earbuds back into the charging case, the lights inside the case will flash to indicate both earbuds are charging normally. - Please make sure the earwings are installed well(Align the oval hole on the ear wing with the wearing detection sensor on the earbud.) so they didn't affect the charging. - Please take off the earwings from the earbuds to see if they charge well
