2. During the promotional period, new users who authorize a monthly Pro membership subscription receive a free 6-month trial. This includes 1,200 minutes of transcription time per month and access to Pro membership premium features. Starting from the 7th month, the subscription renews at the original price. You may cancel at any time before the charge occurs. Cancellation will forfeit any remaining complimentary benefits.

3. Upon upgrading to another membership tier, Starter membership benefits are suspended. After the upgraded subscription expires, the account automatically reverts to Starter membership.
