Our Bluetooth speakers can normally pair with Alexa devices like Amazon Echo Dot. However, Bluetooth cache may be the reason for the pairing failure between these devices.

If your Soundcore 3 cannot pair properly, please try these steps:

- Reset Soundcore 3 by holding the Bluetooth and Vol+ buttons for 5-10 seconds

- Reset the Alexa device

- Restart the audio player device

- Turn off and then turn on the audio player device's Bluetooth

- Clear all pairing records on the audio player device

- Restart Soundcore 3 and then re-pair it with your audio player device

- Uninstall and then install the Alexa app again
