Normally, a slight audio delay is acceptable as the soundbar needs time to process the signal decoding and the delay varies based on the actual audio file and the connected device.

If the delay is quite noticeable (around 3-5 seconds), please try the following steps:

1. Unplug all the cables and replug them again.

2. Turn on the Soundbar and reset it by holding the Source and Volume+ buttons at the same time for 10 seconds.

3. Test the Soundbar with a downloaded video.

4. Try connecting the Soundbar to a different device if possible.

If the Soundbar is connected to a TV, please try two more steps:

5. Try different audio settings on the TV and select the Auto Detect option.

6. Choose the TV PCM stereo signal.
