My soundcore Infini Pro Soundbar Cannot Connect to the soundcore app

If you cannot connect your Soundcore Infini Pro Soundbar to the Soundcore app, you can try the following tips.

 

1. Uninstall and reinstall the Soundcore app.

 

2. Clear the Bluetooth pairing record on your phone.

 

3. Unplug and reconnect the soundbar into the outlet.

 

4. Reboot your phone.

 

5. Turn on the soundbar and hold the Source and Vol+ button for 10 seconds to reset.
