There are two ways to control soundcore Infini Pro Soundbar. You can use the remote control and the Soundcore app on your phone to control it.

If you cannot control the soundbar using the remote control, you can try the tips below.

1. Make sure the remote is pointing at the IR receiver on the soundbar. See the picture below.

2. Change the batteries in the remote control.
