When two Soundcore Trance speakers are in TWS mode, the Bluetooth signal may be more easily affected by obstructions as opposed to when they work individually. Hence, avoid having any electronic devices between the two speakers and make sure the distance between them is not greater than 5 meters / 16.4 feet.

If the issue persists, try the following steps:

1. Make sure the firmware version of both Trance speakers are the same. 

2. Reset your Trance speakers by holding the Bluetooth and Vol+ buttons for 8 seconds.

3. Re-pair the two speakers in TWS mode.
