Bluetooth Connection and Battery Life about soundcore Sleep A10

If the sound from your soundcore Sleep A10, cuts in and out or disconnects to your audio source; if the battery charge level drains at a faster rate than expected, try the following:

 

Firstly, if you experience any Bluetooth connection issues, it may be due to the earphones being too deep in your ears. 

 

This can affect Bluetooth performance. To solve this issue, we recommend replacing the ear tips or ear wings with a larger size to reduce the in-ear depth of the ear wings and indirectly improve RF performance. If this doesn't work, please try the following steps:

 

1. Fully charge and reset your earbuds as stated below, then re-pair them.

- Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open.

- Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on the case flash white 3 times and then flash in sequence. This confirms that the reset was successful, and your earbuds can be connected normally.

 

2. Make sure you're wearing the earbuds correctly, as follows.

 

3. Try another set of ear tips and ear wings in a different size.

 

4. Upgrade the soundcore App and firmware up to date.

 

Secondly, if you find that the battery life of your earphones can't last the whole night for around 8 hours, there are a few things you can do to improve this.

 

1. Fully charge your earbuds and set them at 50% volume. 

Please know that the volume in sleep mode can just be adjusted via soundcore App.

 

2. Make sure your earbuds pair with your phone via Bluetooth. 

If you disconnect the Bluetooth and directly set the earphones to sleep mode, the battery will drain faster in this situation.

 

3. The sleep mode defaults to playing for 2 hours and pausing. 

You can go to the App to set the playing time.

 

4. Turn on the smart switch

 

After that, the earbuds will enter sleep mode after detecting the user has fallen asleep, which can prolong battery life. Or you can set them in sleep mode manually before sleeping.

 

5. Close Smart Volume Control via soundcore App.

 

6. Try to close the soundcore App in the background of the mobile phone to reduce power consumption.

 

7. Upgrade the soundcore App and firmware to the newest version.
