If one of your soundcore Sleep A10 earbuds is quieter when you sleep on your side, it could be due to the reasons below. This article will help you make your earbuds sound louder when you sleep on one side.
Reason for being quieter on one side:
1. The earbuds not fitting in your ears properly.
2. One earbud is obstructed by your pillow, resulting in Bluetooth disconnection.
3. Sleeping on your side at a certain angle causes the ear tips to slip out off place and block the earbuds, resulting in no or low sound.
We recommend you try the following:
- Try adjusting the earbud in your ear. Make sure it is secure and snug in your ear canal.
- Try larger ear tips.
If adjusting the earbud doesn't work, try switching to a different size ear tip. The ear tip may not be the right size for your ear, causing the earbud to slip out of place when you sleep on your side.
- Use a Q-tip with a bit of rubbing alcohol to gently clean the metal mesh filter under the rubber ear tips.
