Do the earbuds provide a voice prompt for power on and low battery?

The earbuds will give a low battery voice prompt when the battery level is at approximately 10%, and this will occur every 15 minutes.

 

Can I just use a single earbud?

Yes, you can use a single earbud. However, you cannot perform operations such as pairing, resetting, or customizing the EQ in mono mode.

 

How do I adjust the volume via the earbuds?

The volume adjustment function is disabled by default, but you can enable it via the soundcore app and customize the touch controls.

 

How do I pair the left and right earbuds with different devices respectively?

The left and right earbuds do not support pairing with different devices.

 

What should I do if the product becomes hot while charging?

  • Stop charging and check if there is any moisture or sweat in the charging port of the charging case.
  • Try cleaning the charging port before attempting to charge again.
 

What should I do if there is no sound coming from the earbuds during a call, but it is heard through the phone after the headphones are paired or reconnected with the phone?

Please select "soundcore Aerofit" as the output for calls on your phone.

 

What should I do if the earbuds cannot be turned on?

With the earbuds placed inside the charging case, try leaving the case to charge for at least 1 hour.
