What should I do if any of the following problems occur on Sleep A10 earbuds?
1. The earbuds don't recharge in the charging case.
2. The earbuds stay connected to the device even after being placed in the charging case with the lid closed.
3. The earbuds don't turn on when taken out of the charging case.
Check out these solutions to get them back up and running again.
1. Confirm the charging case has power left
Open the charging case to check if there is white light flashing. If there are no lights, please try a different wall charger and cable first to charge the earbuds for at least 2 hours (it's best to use a 5V charger). Make sure the wall charger and cable you're using work fine on other devices.
2. Clean the charging pins with a dry cloth and rubbing alcohol.
This is to ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry from sweat and water. Then put the earbuds correctly into the case. The first light flashes twice when the left earbud is placed in the case. The third light flashes twice when the right earbud is placed in the case.
3. Check whether the ear tips and ear wings are installed properly.
Please pay special attention to whether the ear wing is installed correctly (see the photo). If the ear wings are installed incorrectly, it will affect the contact between the contact points on the earbuds and the contact pins in the charging case. If the connection is poor, the earbuds cannot be charged.
4. Make sure the earbuds are put in the charging case correctly.
