If you're experiencing low volume during calls while using your Q20i headphones, there are a few solutions that can help you fix it. In this article, we'll explore some troubleshooting tips that can help you boost the call volume on your Q20i headphones.  

1. Check whether you are wearing the headphones correctly.

2. Check whether the left and right sides are reversed, because the call MIC is on the right front of the headphones, if the headphones are on incorrectly the MIC position will be on the left rear which will affect the call volume.
