When your Liberty 4 headphones are having Bluetooth connection issues, please use these quick fixes to get your headphones working again.

1.  Upgrade the firmware to the latest version

2. Forget/ignore the pairing records for the earbuds (Liberty 4) on your device (phone/tablet/etc.) and turn off the Bluetooth.

3. Reset the earbuds using the following steps:

Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open, then press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators flash white rapidly three times.

4. Please try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same.
