Some environments (such as airports, offices, subways, crowded public spaces, etc.) can interfere with your Bluetooth connection. To optimize your Bluetooth connection:

1. Download videos and songs instead of streaming, as it may be related to the network environment.

2. If you have an Android phone, temporarily disable unnecessary app traffic settings on your phone.

Or you can try:

- Resetting the earbuds: Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open, then press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators flash white rapidly three times.

3. Try a different device if possible.
