Avoid blocking the area where the soundcore logo is displayed (shaded blue) with the areas of your ears highlighted in blue.
If your earbuds sit like the ear on the left: Try larger ear tips.
If your earbuds sit like the ear on the left: Make sure the earbuds are inserted correctly and are being worn according to the ear on the right in this image.
If your earbuds sit like the ear on the left: Push the earbuds further into your ear, as shown in the image.
If your earbuds sit like the ear on the left: Rotate the left earbud clockwise and the right earbud anti-clockwise.
