1. After receiving the device for the first time, remove the protective film from the recorder and place it back into the charging case. If the LED on the left side of the charging case lights up, it indicates that the device is powered on. 

2. Download the latest version of the soundcore app.

3. Don't pair the soundcore Work via your phone's Bluetooth settings. Open the App and log in to your soundcore account to pair it directly.

4. Search for the device, locate and select “soundcore Work” in the app to initiate the pairing request. 

Once the pairing request is received, the recorder's lights will begin to flash. 

-Please press the button on the charging dock within 60 seconds to confirm the pairing. After successful pairing, the recorder's lights will transition from flashing to steady and will turn off after 3 seconds.

-If confirmation is not completed within 60 seconds, the recorder's light will automatically turn off. At this point, you can re-initiate the pairing request in the app, and the recorder will re-enter pairing mode.

5. After the initial pairing is complete, the system will automatically connect to the previously paired device each time you open the app.

Note: The soundcore app currently does not support computers.
