- To clean the contact pins on both the earbuds and charging case, unplug the charging case from the power, use a cotton swab or cloth dipped in rubbing alcohol, or an alcohol wipe. - To clean the filter of the earbuds, remove the ear tips first and use a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol to clean.
