1. Long-Term Starter Membership Benefit: Transcription duration for Starter members will refresh periodically and be automatically credited to your account each month. (If you activate your membership on January 15th, the next month's membership duration will refresh on February 15th.)

2. Limited-Time Pro Membership Benefit: Access the Membership Center via the "My" page activity portal. New users who subscribe to the Pro monthly plan for the first time are eligible for a 6-month free trial. (See in-app notifications for campaign expiration details.)

Note: To qualify for the 6-month free Pro subscription, you must be a new user, purchase and activate the product, and subscribe to Pro (monthly) by 11:59 PM (PT) on March 31st, 2026.
