1. How do I ensure Bluetooth music plays the whole time I'm listening? 

Ensure Smart Switch is turned off. When the Smart Switch is enabled, the earbuds detect that you are asleep, it will automatically pause sound played via Bluetooth, switch from music mode to sleep mode, and automatically play white noise. 

If you want Bluetooth music to constantly play, turn off the Smart Switch in music mode. You can click the settings icon in the upper right corner of the music mode page, and then disable the Smart Switch.

2. How do I ensure white noise plays the whole time I'm listening?

Ensure the Smart Volume Control is turned off in sleep mode.

When Smart Volume Control is enabled, the earbuds automatically start playing sleep music. When the external noise changes, Sleep A10 automatically adjusts the volume of white noise according to the external noise level. Note: This feature only works in sleep mode and activates when the user has fallen asleep.

Therefore, if you want white noise to play constantly, please turn off Smart Volume Control in sleep mode. Enter the sleep mode page, and then disable the feature.

3. How do I ensure Bluetooth music stops and white noise plays after I fall asleep?

Ensure Smart Switch is turned on and Smart Volume Control is turned off.
