You may notice in the soundcore app that the battery of your Liberty 4 earbuds right earbud drains more quickly than the left earbud. However, this is no cause for concern. Usually, the case can provide about 2 full charges for the earbuds.
Please ensure the earbuds are being charged in the charging case. Normally, the earbud could last up to around 9 hours on a single charge.
Note:
1. Playtime data on User Manual/Listing comes from tests conducted in soundcore's laboratory. The default setting is 50% volume in Normal mode. Actual playtime may vary by volume, sound source, environmental interference, usage, and other factors.
2. A difference of 1 to 1.5 hours between the left and right earbud is within the normal range. The heart rate sensor is built into the right earbud so its battery drains faster than the left one.
3. LDAC sound/Spatial Audio/soundcore Wellness mode will increase the energy consumption of the earbuds and shorten playtime.
In this case, you can also try the earbuds in other modes to see if they work fine. Please make sure the earbuds are fully charged and how long they could last.
Here are the internal lab testing data of the playtime for your reference(at a 50% volume level):
Normal Mode: Up to 9 hours on a single charge/28 hours with the charging case.
Noise Cancelling Mode: Up to 7 hours on a single charge/24 hours with a charging case.
Transparency Mode: Up to 7 hours on a single charge/24 hours with a charging case.
Call: Up to 5 hours on a single charge/15 hours with a charging case.
