If you're a user of Soundcore C30i Ear Clips, you may find the touch control feature to be a convenient way to manage your listening experience without reaching for your device. However, like any technology, you might encounter some issues with responsiveness or functionality. Here's a guide to help you navigate any touch control concerns you may have with your C30i ear clips.
Where is the touch control area of C30i located?
The touch control area of C30i is located on the outer side of the back of the ear clips, see the picture.
What should I do if the touch control is not responsive?
It is recommended to secure the earphones with your index finger and use your thumb for touch control to improve the accuracy of finger placement. The touch control area is shown in the figure.
What should I do if C30i's touch control beep only sounds once?
This is normal. The C30i ear clips are designed to emit a single beep for both double and triple taps, so the beep sound is not malfunctioning.
