No, C30i uses air conduction.

No, they cannot. The ear clips can be connected to two devices at the same time using Dual Connection, but they can only play audio from one device at a time.

Yes, they can be used directly upon being taken out of the case, including when only removing a single earbud.

The inner side features a vent hole, while the front of the outer side is the sound outlet hole.

Is C30i waterproof?
C30i has a waterproof rating of IPX4, which means it can be worn during exercise, and it won't be damaged by sweat or light rain. However, IPX4 does not mean that the earbuds can be submerged in water—higher levels of waterproofing (such as IPX7 or IPX8) are required for that kind of protection.
C30i Prompt Tones Explained
C30i will emit a low battery warning sound when the battery level reaches 20%. There are also corresponding prompt sounds for successful connection and disconnection.
How do I clean C30i?
You can use an alcohol pad or a regular wet wipe to gently clean the surface. Please do not soak them in water.
Why does C30i leak sound at high volume?
C30i is an open-ear air conduction headset, and it is difficult to avoid sound leakage when the volume is high.
How to Reset C30i？
Put the earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, then reopen the lid, and press and hold the button at the bottom of the charging case for 5 seconds to reset the device.
What should I do if music/video does not resume playing after C30i reconnects?
This is normal. You need to manually click play.
