Why is my Select 4 Go not charging?

If you encounter the problem of not charging when using Select 4 Go, you can refer to the following article:

 

1. Check the charging port to make sure there are no objects blocking it.

 

2. We recommend using a 5V/1.5A charger and using the included cable to charge Select 4 Go.

 

3. Disconnect and reconnect the cable to make sure the cable and device are connected properly and the indicator light is normal.

 

4. Try using a different cable or adapter to see if the issue persists.
