Why can't my Select 4 Go connect to another Select 4 Go?

To enhance your Select 4 Go experience, we've introduced a hardware upgrade. Please note that the new version cannot TWS pair with the older version—TWS pairing is only possible between devices of the same version.

You can determine your device version using the following methods:

1. Check the Bluetooth version number via Quick Start Guide/User Guide. Version 6.0 indicates the new version.

2. Check the 7th character of the SN. "C" indicates the new version, while "0" or "1" indicates the old version.

To do so, connect to the soundcore app > "More Settings" > "Serial Number."

3. Check the firmware version in the app. If it says version 4.X.X, that means you have the new Select 4 Go version.

If you encounter any other issues or your issue has not been resolved, please contact us for further assistance.
