1. Check the charging port to make sure there are no objects blocking it.

2. We recommend using a 5V/3A (15W) charger and using the included cable to charge Boom 2.

3. Disconnect and reconnect the cable to make sure the cable and device are connected properly and the indicator light is normal.

4. Try using a different cable or adapter to see if the issue persists.
