1. If the earbuds are out of Bluetooth range for more than 10 minutes, they may not reconnect automatically. In this case, you'll need to reconnect them manually.
2. This may occur if your device has not been restarted in a long time, or there are too many Bluetooth connections. Try restarting the device, removing unnecessary Bluetooth connections, and toggling Bluetooth off and on again.
3. The saved Bluetooth connection may need to be reset. Delete the earbuds from your device's Bluetooth list and pair them again. If the earbuds don't appear, force the earbuds into pairing mode by:
1) Wearing both earbuds and holding the touch contact area on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
2) If both earbuds are in the case, hold the case button for 3 seconds.
4. Try pairing with another device to see if the same issue occurs.
