1. Check the L/R marks on the back of the earbuds to ensure the left and right earbuds are worn on the corresponding sides.

2. Try smaller ear tips/ear wings.  If one size doesn't fit well, try different sizes for each ear (e.g., M tip on the left, L tip on the right).

3. Twist the earbuds to find the most comfortable and secure position.

4. After wearing for an extended period, remove the earbuds to let your ears rest.
