What should I do if I hear noise while using soundcore Liberty 5 Pro Max's ANC mode on bumpy roads?
Try switching modes and check if the noise persists:
1. Switch to Car Mode via the app.
2. Select a lower ANC level via the app or charging case (1 is the lowest, 5 is the highest).
To do so, go to App > Ambient Sound > Noise Cancellation > Mode > Manual Mode, and make your selection.
3. Switch to Normal Mode via the app or charging case.
Note: Switching to Car Mode must be done via the app; the charging case does not support switching to Car Mode.
