Why does the soundcore Liberty 5 Pro Max charging case still show connection to the phone/app after the earbuds disconnect?
1. If the charging case is actively in use (for example, during face-to-face translation or AI recording), it will remain connected to the phone/app and will not disconnect.
2. If the earbuds are placed in the case and the lid is closed, they will disconnect from the phone. However, if the case is not being actively used, it will automatically disconnect from the phone/app after 10 minutes.
