If the audio does not output through the headphones and continues to play through the phone's speaker after connecting the headphones, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

1. If you stream audio from your phone in Sleep mode, it will play through the phone's speaker. To listen to audio from third-party apps or the audio library through your earbuds, switch to Bluetooth mode.

2. In Sleep mode, audio from the audio library plays through the phone's speaker. To listen through your earbuds, transfer the audio to them.

3. soundcore Sleep A20 doesn't have a microphone for calls. You'll hear the call through the phone's speaker.
