This is expected behavior.
To achieve high accuracy, the algorithm constantly monitors subtle signals similar to vibrations created by human vocal cords. Occasionally, non-speech sounds can resemble these patterns and trigger the function unintentionally.
Common causes of false activation include:
Everyday sounds like coughing, throat clearing, yawning, loud chewing, sighing, or humming.
Environmental noise, such as someone speaking loudly nearby or sudden sharp sounds that resemble your voice pattern.
Recommendations:
If you are eating, have a cold/cough, or are in an extremely noisy environment such as a market or subway, we recommend temporarily turning off "Easy Chat" in the app for an uninterrupted listening experience.
