Why does Sleep A20 switch modes automatically?
If your headphones automatically switch modes, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
1. Smart Switch is enabled by default. The earbuds detect your movements to know when you've fallen asleep. If you barely move for half an hour, the earbuds will switch from Bluetooth mode to Sleep mode.
2. Excessive body movements during sleep (e.g., turning over) may accidentally trigger the touch controls, causing the earbuds to switch to Sleep mode. You can turn off or adjust the controls in the app.
If you have any more issues or your issue has not been resolved, please contact us for further assistance.
