Due to Bluetooth technology limitations, earbud latency is around 350 ms. This is typically not noticeable and does not affect normal use. However, Bluetooth delay can vary depending on the earbuds, the connected device, the app being used, the connection method, and network conditions. To troubleshoot:
1. Try a different music or video playback app.
2. Test with downloaded audio sources.
3. Test with a different device.
4. Turn off Multi-Device Connection and LDAC.
5. If the issue persists, restart the Bluetooth device and earbuds, reset the earbuds, and re-pair.
Note: Ensure the device is within the earbud connection range and keep the earbuds and device away from signal interference sources.
