1. Check the L/R marks on the back of the earbuds to ensure they are worn correctly.

2. Try smaller ear tips/ear wings. If one size doesn't fit well, try different sizes for each ear (e.g., M tip on the left, L tip on the right).

3. Twist the earbuds to find the most comfortable and secure position.
