1. If the download fails, please retry in a stable network environment.
2. If the installation fails, uninstall and reinstall the app, then restart your phone and try again.
Important: Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all locally stored recordings and they cannot be recovered. Please back up any important recordings to the cloud or export them before uninstalling.
3. Try using a different phone if possible.
4. Change location permissions and settings. Go to: Settings > Privacy > soundcore > Location > Allow only while in use.
If the update still fails, please provide your phone model, the SN from the app, a screen recording of the failed update, the time it occurred, and upload the app logs.
