What should I do if the firmware cannot be upgraded for Life A2 NC+?
Please try the following troubleshooting steps to see if there are helpful:
- Keep the earbuds in the charging case and ensure the case is open. - Make sure the earbuds have enough power (over 20%). - Do not use the earbuds during the whole process. - Try again if it fails. - Try it on another device if possible. - Do not upgrade the software when there are other sources of interference around (e.g. dense Wi-Fi networks, cell phone towers, etc.) and try to upgrade it again.
