What should I do if the battery life of my Liberty 5 Pro Max earbuds and charging case is shorter than expected?

Battery consumption is usually related to factors such as usage scenarios, enabled features, and hardware status.

Using multiple functions at the same time—such as ANC、 Smart Voice Control—can increase power consumption.

Settings such as volume level can also affect battery drain.

1. For earbuds please note the following:
a. Turn off unnecessary or unused features in the app (e.g., Smart Voice Control, Easy Chat, Dolby Audio, etc.) to save power.

b. If LDAC is enabled, it delivers better sound quality but consumes more battery.

c. Battery capacity naturally degrades over time and with usage frequency, reducing battery durability. This is normal.

d. For specific battery life details, please refer to the “Battery Life” section at the end.

2. For charging case please note the following:

a. Turn off unnecessary features on the earbuds to save power.

b. Normally, the charging case consumes approximately 2% battery per day when idle. When not in use, you can manually turn off the charging case by swiping down on the case display, then find Settings > Power Off.
