The way that you wear your earbuds and the seal of the earbuds you use can affect the bass. Also, if the input audio doesn't have much bass, it will also affect the bass performance. If the bass is not strong enough for you, test out the different sizes of ear tips and AirWings that come with the earbuds to ensure you're using the best size for your ears. You can also test different types of music to see if it helps.
