Most earbuds use one side as the primary earbud, which handles more processing. Because of this, it typically consumes more power. A difference of less than 10% between the two sides is normal. Actual differences may vary depending on volume, audio source, environmental interference, and whether other features are enabled in the app. Results may vary and are for reference only.
If one side does not seem to be charging properly, please do the following:
1. Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case to remove dust or debris. Poor contact can prevent proper charging.
2. During charging, check the battery display for both earbuds in the charging case to verify if it is functioning normally.
