What should I do if my Life A2 NC+ has any of the following problems occur?
What should I do if any of the following problems occur? 1. Only one earbud has sound. 2. One side does not pair with the other side or my device. 3. No music plays after connecting to my device. 4. Cannot pair or reconnect with my device.
- Make sure your earbuds can be charged and turned on correctly. - Place the earbuds into the charging case and close the case for 6 seconds. Then open the case and try pairing again.
If that doesn't work, try the following: 1) Forget the Bluetooth pairing record on your device if you have previously connected the earbuds. 2) Reset the earbuds. Watch the "How do I reset Life A2 NC(same for Life A2 NC+)?" video. 3) If it is related to sound issue, please also try to take off the ear tips and use a Q-tip with rubbing alcohol to clean the filters.
