If your soundcore P41i is experiencing  noise in Transparency mode, you can find a solution in this article.

1. Check if the noise is coming from the earbuds, and switch to Normal or ANC modes to see if the issue persists.

2. If the noise disappears in Normal or ANC modes, this is normal. Background noise tends to be more noticeable in Transparency mode.
