Please try the following troubleshooting steps to see if there are helpful:
1. Please make sure that Boom 2 Plus is within the Bluetooth range of your phone.
2. If you are still unable to find your device, try short-pressing the Bluetooth button on the speaker and re-entering the Bluetooth search interface on your phone.
3. If the above steps don't work, please try resetting the speaker. To reset the speaker, press and hold the Bluetooth button and the Volume + button for 5-10 seconds. You'll hear a prompt and the speaker will automatically restart.
NOTE: The Bluetooth signal may be influenced by obstructions, such as certain clothes, walls, pillars, home appliances, Wi-Fi, etc. To ensure a stable connection, we recommend avoiding such obstructions. You can also try changing the audio source, moving to a different location to check the stability of the Bluetooth connection, or testing your device with other Bluetooth speakers (if available).
