What Should I Do if There Is No Sound After Pairing or Only One Side Has a Sound

The following steps will guide you through the process of resetting your wireless earbuds, which can often clear up these problems.

Step 1: Return the Earbuds to the Charging Case

Step 2: Close and Reopen the Charging Case Lid

Step 3: Reset the Device by pressing and holding the button at the bottom of the charging case for 5 seconds to reset the C30i
Step 4: Re-pair the Earbuds

Step 5: Test the Sound again
