You can do a few things to improve the sound quality of Space Q45.

1. Hold the Power and Volume+ buttons at the same time for 5 seconds to reset Space Q45. The indicator light will flash red three times, which means that the reset was successful. If the indicator does not flash, then try resetting them again

2. Try different types of music and make sure the input audio source quality has no distortion or noise.

3. Try using the AUX cable with other devices to see if there's a problem.    

4. Use a different AUX cable with Space Q45 to see if it works.
