Here are some steps you can take to get rid of unwanted noises from Space Q45:
1. Forget Space Q45 from your device's Bluetooth history and restart your device.
2. Hold the Power and Volume+ buttons at the same time for 5 seconds to reset. The indicator light will flash red three times, which means that the reset was successful. If the indicator does not flash, then try resetting them again.
3. Test these headphones with a different Bluetooth device and audio source.
4. Press the NC button to switch Space Q45 to other modes (noise canceling/normal/transparency) to see if the problem persists.
5. Try using Space Q45 in a different environment. Do you still have this issue on a busy street or in a quieter environment?
6. Update the firmware to the latest version via the soundcore app.
