Try the following:

- Don't update the firmware when there are other sources of interference around. If it fails, try updating it again.

- Uninstall and reinstall the soundcore app.

- Hold the Power and Volume+ buttons at the same time for 5 seconds to reset Space Q45. The indicator light will flash red three times, which means that the reset was successful. If the indicator does not flash, then try resetting them again

- Try updating the firmware using another device.
